She is an Auditor for UNWTO (United Nation World Tourism Organization) for quality certification of university training (TedQual) and of tourism destinations (Sbest), and the only Italian representative. She has certified a number of universities all of the world.
Inga Sempel is a creative writer, creative translator and creative tutor based in the UK, with an extensive knowledge in languages, communication techniques, coaching and media formats.
She offers bespoke linguistic support and creative consultancy to big international clients as well as to smaller private ones who require a holistic and creative approach from the initial brainstorming phase to the actual execution and presentation of their project.
She is passionate about humanities, arts and cinema.
Damien Follone is a restaurant and bar designer and interior architect based in the UK with a masters in architecture (2009) from the University of Technology Sydney, Australia. His hospitality experience in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Oceania and Asia have allowed him to work with brands such as Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons to analyse, position and design F&B offers to be successful and relevant in their local market.
With a passion for storytelling, architecture and multidisciplinary design, he creates worlds that are aspirational, yet familiar. He turns spaces into experiences that are infused with meaning and have a design language that is expressed through purity of material and form.

Born in Lecco by the majestic Lake of Como Marco Riva early discovered his passion for the Culinary Arts. With an extensive experience in different parts of the world like Italy, USA, Japan, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Marco developed a more complete knowledge and understanding of the different Food & Beverage cultures and techniques.
Passionate professional he was part of several Top proprieties Preopening Team like Bvlgari Bali, Mandarin Oriental Shanghai, Four Seasons Jakarta as well as working for Ritz Carlton Osaka, Shangri-La Bangkok, Life Luxury Group Mainland China and many more.
Always focus on innovate and develop F&B trends and concepts he clearly understand the importance of respect the Investors trust and reword them with an healthy profit that will also guarantee the sustainability of the Projects.
A 33 years old, very talented Italian Pastry Chef with an international experience, working and supporting great Masters. After an experience in China, he has decided to move back to Italy and to pursue a career as instructor, teacher and consultant of traditional and innovative patisserie for schools and important companies.
In May 2018, he joined the prestigious Italian National Chefs with the role of Pastry Chef. In November 2018 he won the Gold Medal at the World Culinary Cup in the Pastry Art section, one of the most important competitions in the world. He can be considered a visionary and a “painter” for the attention and the meticulousness he put in his creations.
